This is one of my families favorite egg breakfast recipes, next to the omelet. I remember when my adopted father first made an egg in a hole for me, I thought how can something so simple be so tasty! Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 slices of bread (wheat or white)
1 medium pinch of kosher salt (divided between both eggs)
1 tsp of garlic powder also (divided between both eggs)
1 tsp of paprika ( devided between both eggs )
Just be sure to keep the temperature at a medium setting.
