Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 TBLS Olive Oil
1 TBLS Water
Just under a TBLS of Paprika
1 small pad of Butter
1 Medium Pinch of Koser Salt ( or Sea Salt )
Like always! Just be sure to keep the temperature at a medium setting. ( to avoid scorching the omelette )
